It is with great pleasure to introduce Dr Ashley Young and Dr Holly Goldring as new partners of Noosa District Animal Hospital. With their extensive experience and love for the community we can’t wait to see what they bring to the Noosa clinic.
Dr. Ashley (BVSc MANZCVS (Surgery, Medicine) believes that pets are an incredibly precious and integral part of our lives and understands how stressful it can be when they are sick, sore or ‘just not right’. He values the trust pet owners place in him to care for their pets when they need it most.
Dr. Ashley is passionate about pets having comfortable and pain-free independence. He is dedicated to preventing and managing orthopaedic problems and diseases. Outside of work, Dr. Ashley spends his time with Minty his very busy Dalmatian, whose best skills are tail wagging, frisbee catching and treat eating! According to Dr. Ashley, she has a fantastic knack for making you forget about anything that was making you stressed or unhappy within about 20 seconds!
Dr. Holly Goldring (BVMS, Dip Animal Chiro, IVAS Cert), is a passionate community-builder and an integrative medicine practitioner who uses traditional and alternative medicine modalities to achieve the best possible outcomes for pets. She has a special interest in geriatric medicine; supporting clients with ageing pets is something she loves to do.
Dr. Holly is committed to treating your pet the same way as she would one of her three Burmese cats. Having owned and managed a successful veterinary hospital in Mackay with her husband, Dr. Ashley, Holly is keen to share her knowledge and skills with other passionate professionals. She loves mentoring and empowering veterinarians and nursing teams to grow their skills and give back to you, our valued clients.
