Dr Ross McGregor

BVSC FANZCVS SMALL ANIMAL SURGERY

Based in Sydney, Ross is a fellow and board certified specialist of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Surgery. He graduated as a vet in 1989 and gained experience in general practice before joining the University of Sydney as a Surgical Registrar in 2003, where he worked under the renowned Australian Surgeon, Dr Geraldine Hunt. Ross has a vast amount of experience with soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. Ross is currently an examiner for the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists for fellowship in the surgery chapter. His love for the Sunshine Coast has him visiting us regularly from his Sydney based animal hospital. His main interest is in orthopedic surgery and he recently published a research paper on TPLO stifle surgery for cruciate disease.
